Introduction

We design coaching packages aimed at developing athletes in all segments of the sport i.e. Road Running, Track, Cross Country & Trail.

It is our passion to identify potential at any level, schools, Athletics clubs etc. Athletes displaying commitment and a desire to excel in the sport, we will assist them in realizing their full potential, goals and aspirations.

We adopt a multi dimentional approach developing all components and systems i.e. Physical, mental, Nutritional, phsycological and lifestyle, necessary to ensure development and growth in the Athlete’s journey to realizing set goals.

Weekly feedback with comprehensive monthly one on one to ensure that all aspects of the training journey is on track from a physical, mental and health aspects. This allows for any possible changes to be made timeously and ensure maximum benefit.

Race Stratergies & Tactics

For identified Goal races you’ll be assisted with race planning, establish pace setting to ensure your racing tactics on the day are correct to achieve your specific set goal.

Way to Wellness Bootcamp

Get fit and healthy with training exercises targeting Strength and Core, Running/walking for all levels and age groups.


Muscle Remedial Therapy

Various types of therapy to enhance muscle effeciency, thus allowing the athlete to perform at optimal levels.

Standard Coaching Package
  • Recommended for athletes with specific goals, requires the Coach-Athlete relationship with constant interaction.
  • Personal interview to ascertain athletes running history and future aspirations.
  • Assessment of realistic goals and committment.
  • Provide Comprehensive weekly training programs designed to enhance all systems necessary for improved Performance.
  • 360° Feedback on daily training sessions, using communication platforms of choice to Assess real time situations and possible program adjustments.
Comprehensive Coaching Package
  • Reccommended for athletes with specific goals, needs the Coach-Athlete relationship with constant interaction.
  • Personal interview to ascertain athletes running history and future aspirations.
  • Assessment of realistic goals and committment.
  • Provide Comprehensive weekly training programs designed specifically to enhance all systems necessary for improved Performance.
  • 360° Feedback on daily training sessions using communication platforms of choice, to assess real time situations and possible program adjustments.
  • Monthly Analysis of training times history to ascertain approximate improvement of threshold shift.
  • Provide pacing charts to assist in attaining goal times for selected races.
  • Ascertain athlete's present nutritional habits and provide guidance for enhanced performance during training and competition.
Once-Off Coaching Package
  • Recommended for athletes preferring to train in the absence of a Coach-athlete relationship, without interaction and one on one discussions.
  • Training programs ranging from min 2 to max 4 months.
  • Initial personal interview to ascertain athletes running history and realistic specific goal or race.
  • Provide time framed training program designed to suit the athlete's chosen specific goal or race.
  • Coach-Athlete interaction will terminate once training program is emailed to athlete.
